Toddler Lead Teacher

At Summit Early Learning Center, we believe every child deserves a joyful, nurturing environment where they can grow, explore, and thrive. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to guide our Toddler classroom (ages 1.5–3 years). This role is perfect for someone who loves helping little ones develop independence, social skills, and confidence through play and routine.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support early development.
  • Support children during meals, playtime, and daily routines.
  • Guide toddlers through diapering and potty-training transitions with patience and encouragement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with the director and fellow teachers as part of a supportive, team-oriented community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Lead teacher qualified (or willing to become qualified) through Colorado Shines.
  • A warm, flexible, and nurturing approach with a true love for toddlers.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to build positive relationships with families.
  • Willingness to stay current on required trainings (CPR, First Aid, etc.) and continuing education.
