Standard PrecautionsA required 1.5 hour training on standard precautions and blood borne diseases. This training is taught by a Registered Nurse.
9 AM - 10:30 AM
Medication AdministrationA state approved, 4-hour required training on how to administer medication to children in a childcare setting. This training is taught by a Registered Nurse.
11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
First Aid/CPRA state-wide class that meets the requirements for all licensed child care providers, renewable every two years. This class is taught by a Colorado Division of Child Care approved vendor.
9 AM - 2:30 PM
Pre-LicensingA state required 15-hour (two day) training to become a Licensed Family Child Care Provider in the State of Colorado.

Expanding Quality in Infant/Toddler CareA 48-hour core course in Early Childhood with a focus on infant/toddler care that meets the Colorado Department of Human Services Child Care Licensing Requirements for infant toddler training. Each trainee will be expected to participate in a minimum of 4 hours of coaching.
