Expanding Quality in Infant/Toddler CareA 48-hour core course in Early Childhood with a focus on infant/toddler care that meets the Colorado Department of Human Services Child Care Licensing Requirements for infant toddler training. Each trainee will be expected to participate in a minimum of 4 hours of coaching.

Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) TrainingLearn how to administer, score, and interpret the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE developmental screening tools; discuss the importance of a quality coordinated approach to the developmental screening process from referral to follow-up.
9 AM - 1 PM
Medication AdministrationA state approved, 4-hour required training on how to administer medication to children in a childcare setting. This training is taught by a Registered Nurse.
8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Standard Precautions (Universal Precautions)A required 1.5 hour training on standard precautions and blood borne diseases. This training is taught by a Registered Nurse.
1 PM - 2:30 PM
First Aid/CPRA state-wide class that meets all the requirements for all child care providers, renewable every two years. This class is taught by a Colorado Division of Child Care approved vendor.
9 AM - 3 PM
Pre-LicensingA state required 15-hour pre-licensing training to become a licensed family child care provider in the State of Colorado.
